This information is only applicable for non commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client's personal purposes.

The order will be made through this form which will result in a price estimate.

If you ask for a detailed background an extra fee will be charged ($15).

Payment is made once I have agreed to make the commission and sent you the price estimate of it.

Payment is done through PayPal using united states dollars (USD) as the currency.

I’ll start the commision once the payment has been made.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

This is a first comes first served basis.

If you wish to purchase the commercial rights of the commission so you can have full ownership of it an extra fee will be charged; please inform me beforehand if you’re interested in this.

Commissions may take around 3 to 4 weeks to get done, depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.

If you need to have the commission at an earlier date, a rush fee will apply ($10).

Some drafts will be sent through the provided social network for possible corrections and details. You can ask for any changes as long the commission is not past flat colors phase.

Once the illustration is finished or soon to be, a fee will be charged ($5) per complex change.

The commision is 100% digital, therefore there is NOT physical product.

The illustration will be sent with a size around 2000 x 2000 px (Bigger if needed) in PNG format, to the email provided in the form.

You get to have the full resolution illustration to use as desired, except to make any profits from it, edit it or claim the art as yours.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

Refunds are not allowed once I have already started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point of the process to evade payment you will lose all the rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with the commission request and price estimate as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork under the law 23 of 1982 and any international covenants covered from it.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books unless the client asks for the commission to be private beforehand.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise with the commissioner.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media. If done, you MUST credit and link back to me.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc) unless you have purchased the commercial rights.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent, such as painting over it, major editing and/or removing my signature.

You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
